Design your ideal week.

Most people fill their calendar reactively — then wonder why there's no time for the things that actually matter. This tool flips that. You design the week you want to live, then protect it.

1
Map everything. Not just work. Meals, exercise, reading, rest, relationships, creative time — all of it. This should show you how you'd ideally prioritise your time across your whole life.
2
Block your real work. For founders, that's deep work only you can do. For coaches, block the sessions you'd want if fully booked — that's your inventory. Any slot without a client is time to be out meeting new people to work with.
3
Be ruthless with the rest. Every meeting should earn its slot. Every unblocked hour is a choice. Don't let your calendar fill itself.
4
No overlapping blocks. Every hour has one purpose. If it doesn't all fit, something has to go — that tension is the whole point.
